INTRODUCTION

The relevance of research. One of the main objectives of management as an organizational management system is to ensure the effectiveness of its activities. There are several types of efficiency: internal, external, the overall efficiency of the organization. Internal efficiency - efficiency in the use of the internal capabilities of the organization (management of its internal resources).
The most valuable resource of any organization is its people, as they develop, produce and promote products and services.
Staff development, his professional and personal qualities - the key to development and positive changes in the organization, one of the most important conditions for the competitiveness of modern companies.
World and Russian experience shows that once received vocational training is not sufficient to carry out the heads and specialists of their duties in the company. New technologies, as well as the integration of Russian companies into the global economic infrastructure required for most professions specialists training, the development of new technologies and working methods.
Therefore, in-house training is an intrinsic value and for the worker, which is the ability to enhance its competitiveness in the labor market and intra formation of skills and abilities demanded by the external labor market.
The purpose of research - analysis and improvement of in-house training system as a tool for development of human resources of the organization.
To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve the following tasks:

- Examine the objectives and learning outcomes
- To conduct an external and internal analysis of the company "AST Hof"
- An analysis of the status of personnel of "AST Hof"

The object of research is the work of "AST Hof"
Subject of the research work of analysis and improvement of in-house training system.
The theoretical basis of the research were fundamental research, presented in the works of Russian and foreign authors on the researched topic, namely, such as Kotler, Keller, KL, Krylov GD, Sokolova MI, IS Berezin , VA Vinokurov .and others.
For writing the work used textbooks, monographs, the publication of periodicals and Internet sites.
The methodological basis of the work are the following methods: a comparative, analytical, economic and statistical analysis method. and others.
Information source research thesis are internal and published data of "AST Hof", as well as information obtained in the course of independently conducted studies dealing with the issue of analysis and improvement of in-house training system.
Scientific novelty and practical significance of the work lies in the fact that specific recommendations for its improvement, which can be represented by the management company for their effective use of in-house analysis of the education system on the basis of which it was held were developed.
The structure of the course work: consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion and list of references.
