The district commissioner of police, knowing that c. Vasilyeva previously brought to administrative responsibility for prostitution, drew up a report on the item. 6.11 of the Administrative Code.
The head of the internal affairs appointed gr. Vasilyeva an administrative penalty of a fine of 1,000 rubles and ordered the dismissal of the case on administrative offense against c. Burundukova, arguing that liability should only be those involved in pimping.
