How to create a Turkish account from your Playstation 4 console.
1.On the main screen, go to settings
2.Login settings
3.User Management
4.Creating a user
5."Accept" the license agreement
6."Next."
7."Is this your first time on the Playstation Network? Create an account."
8.Country or Region-select Turkey!; date of birth at least 18 years old
9.Select any city, for example Istanbul, under State/Province you can also write Istanbul, Postcode can be any 5 digits
10.Next, enter data into its mail (@gmail or @outlook/@hotmail), password and repeat the password (this will log in and password to log into your account PSN), put a tick in the box "Receive via Email" and click Next
11.Choose an avatar for your profile

How to create a Turkish account from your Playstation 5 console.
1.Select the icon with your current profile to the right of settings
2."Change User"
3."Add user."
4."Begin."
5.Check the box that you accept the License Agreement and click "Confirm".
6."Create Account."
7.Enter your date of birth at least 18 years old (some games have an age limit) and click "Next".
8.Then select the region of Turkey, "Next.
