Product description
1. A sample of steel weighing 0.250 g is dissolved, and the solution is diluted to 100 ml. Reagents were added to 25 ml of the resulting solution and the volume of the solution was increased to 50 ml. To another 25 ml portion, 0.2 mg of silicon and reagents were added and the volume was adjusted to 50 ml. The optical densities of the solutions turned out to be 0.22 and 0.50, respectively. Cuvette l=1 cm. Determine the % silicon content in steel.
