Between the Russian organization (buyer) and the Vietnamese foreign trade association (seller) an international sale and purchase (supply) contract is concluded. The law of the Russian Federation was chosen as the applicable party. Disputes arose between the parties in the execution of the contract. The Russian organization filed a lawsuit against the Vietnamese V / O in the state arbitration court of the Russian Federation, which, in accordance with Russian law, recognized the law of Vietnam (the seller’s country) as applicable to the dispute.
