A contract was concluded between a limited liability company and a construction company, according to which the construction company was obliged to repair the company´s office, and the company was obliged to provide all the necessary materials and pay the cost of repairs. Work should be completed in one month, starting from June 1. The builders started the work in a timely manner, but since June 15, they have stopped all work, since it turned out that the company has no means to pay for the work performed. In addition, the company was unable to provide the necessary materials and asked to complete the work in due time from the materials of the construction company. The company refused to satisfy this request. Then the company announced the termination of the contract and invited another organization to complete the work, including all the costs of the faulty contractor.
