A.A. Timofeev, a citizen, sent a letter to the Enskoye District Department of the Interior of St. Petersburg, in which he pointed to the illegal actions of employees of ZhES-5 GU Housing Agency of the Enskiy administrative district of St. Petersburg at his place of residence, which resulted in the disconnection of hot water supply for a long period without proper notice to the occupants.
After 20 days, A. A. Timofeev called the Enskoy police department to find out the results of the examination of his application. From the telephone conversation, A. A. Timofeev found out that his application was redirected within 10 days to the head of the State Housing Agency of the Enskiy administrative district of St. Petersburg.
