Option 12. Accounting for trade orders
Create tables:
Table 1. Product catalog
Table structure: Product code, Product name, Price
Table 2. Customers
Table structure: Customer code, Customer name, Address, Telephone
Table 3. Orders
Table structure: Order number, Order date, Customer code, Item code, Quantity
Enter in Table 1 information about 10 products, in Table 2 - data on five customers.
Create the "Order" form for entering data in Table 3, providing control over the input data (order date, quantity) and issuing messages when input errors occur. Use the combo boxes to enter product codes and customer codes. Enter information about the orders that three customers made on different days, with one order including several products.
Create a form (type master / slave) only for viewing order details, the number of which must be entered on demand. The main form must contain the order number, order date, customer information and total order value. The subordinate form should contain information about the goods in a table form: Item code, Product name, Price, Quantity, Cost.
Create a multi-page report to view orders completed within a specified period of time. The data for one order can be displayed on a separate page. Start dates and end of the period to enter on request. In the report headers print out: order number, order date, customer information. The report should contain the following fields: Product code, Product name, Price, Quantity, Value. Output for each order the final costs. Output the total value of all orders for the specified period.
Create a report on the basis of a cross-query with summary data on the cost of goods ordered by customers.
