Description:
 All this happened in the darkest century of medieval Europe, when the wise Pope lit the flame of the first crusade and united the warring nations for the sole purpose: to seize the Holy Land. Crusaders: Thy Kingdom Come tells the difficult story of this great campaign, dividing it into several tasks. The player will have to look at her through the eyes of a single knight who is trying to rise higher in the military hierarchy, gain power and wealth on the way from Constantinople to Jerusalem.
Heroes
Crusaders: Thy Kingdom Come offers five influential heroes to choose from, representing the five great peoples of medieval Europe. Each of them has its origin, level of prosperity, combat skills, goals and dreams. Gradual development of the central character is probably known to you by role-playing games: the character is gaining experience, rises in the military hierarchy, becomes stronger. Each hero has his own set of skills that make any one of them unique (even if they are from the same people), which opens up a lot of opportunities for the game to transcend. Different skills and initial resources of the five main characters require different tactics of combat and offer many ways to the final victory.
Huge troops on huge battlefields
In Crusaders: Thy Kingdom Come you are waiting for incredibly diverse landscapes, recreating the atmosphere of distant lands, along which the crusaders marched to Jerusalem - from the Mediterranean pine forests to the rocky deserts of the Holy Land. Details of the landscape (hills, valleys, hummocks, etc.) significantly affect the tactics and outcome of battles. Also Crusaders: Thy Kingdom Come is the first role-playing strategy in which the laws of physics play almost the most important role in the game (for example, stones can slide down from the cliffs, attacking the enemy´s army, scattering and stunning fighters, etc.) . Weather conditions and visibility are constantly changing - these are not only decorative elements, but a system that also influences the game process, namely, the ability of different units and the results of their actions.
Control
The administration makes it possible to make changes connected with the troops, interact with secondary characters, improve heroes, spend earned ducats, distribute weapons among fighters and collect an army for the next fight. Soldiers earn experience (just like in the legendary Panzers), and the player will have to buy skills for them. After several fights with the same composition, the troops tend to be much more careful with experienced fighters than in any other role strategy - this also has a marked effect on the tactics of battles.
Clicks
The army of the crusaders in the game is almost as disparate as it corresponds to historical reality. Different camps are called cliques - each is ruled by a strong people, and they all offer their allies different conditions. The player should carefully choose the clique, since by concluding an alliance with one people, he will have to gradually exclude the rest; but the loyal ally awaits generous rewards - ducats, special types of warriors, skills and, finally, a new unique hero.
Faith and relics
At the heart of Crusaders: Thy Kingdom Come lies the idealized concept of religious background, which gave rise to this military campaign and made it so significant. Faith strongly affects the morale of the characters.
