Subject areas for independent work
Stages of individual self-employment:
1. Create a table structure by means of MS Access;

2. Create a data schema;

3. Develop screen forms for entering and viewing information;

4. Fill in the tables (10-15 records);

5. Develop and execute various types of queries to the database:

• for sample;

• using logical operations in the selection condition;

• with the parameter;

• cross request;

• for updating;

• to add;

• to delete;

• with calculated fields (if this is possible for your predefined area).

6. Develop various types of reports for printing data;

7. Organize work through a button form or headband. The database should look like a complete software product.
Advanced training courses
In the educational institution there are organized refresher courses in some subjects (Title of the subject, Number of hours {lectures, practice, laboratory work}, Forms of reporting). For each subject, several types of reporting forms are provided, for example, offset, examination, protection of qualification work, and for each form of reporting, the amount of time (in hours) assigned to each listener is provided.

At your disposal there are information about the groups of listeners formed (Group number, Specialty, Number of listeners). Conducting classes provides a staff of teachers. For each teacher in the database, standard personal data are registered (Last, First, Middle, Position, Academic rank, Cost of one academic hour).

For the organization of the educational process, the load is distributed to each teacher (Number of lecture hours [lectures + practice + lab work], Number of groups, Number of students, Number of hours by reporting forms, Total hours, Payment amount). One load is calculated per teacher, one subject and several groups. And, for each teacher there can be calculated so many loads, how many subjects he teaches at the courses.
