The workers of the engineering plant were fired on the following grounds:
1) under paragraph 5 of article 81 shopping mall - the barmaid of the dining room Tkachev. Despite repeated reminders, she did not undergo a medical examination, for which, by order of the head of the canteen, she was suspended from work and reprimanded;

3) under sub. "D" p. 6 of article 81 TK - senior foreman of the construction site of the Tesnoy factory. He systematically violated the rules of the internal work schedule: he refused to pass exams on building codes, labor protection and safety, and on the rules for operating cranes;
4) under sub. “C” paragraph 6 of Art. 81 TK - personnel inspectors Saltykov. She refused to provide the commercial firm with information on the home telephone numbers of the factory workers.
