INTRODUCTION
Relevance of the topic. Inheritance law is an institution of civil law. This institution determines the order of transfer of the property, as well as the economic and moral rights and obligations of the testator to other persons (heirs).
Today, the number of citizens involved in hereditary relationship significantly increases. The property of citizens is a large part of the property, land, vehicles, securities, etc. Questions of inheritance becomes almost, if not urgent. The number of citizens involved in the genetic relationship is further increased with effect from 1 March 2002 Part 3. GK RF.V Section V detail regulated hereditary relationship. The Civil Code of the Russian Federation has increased significantly the number of queues heirs are encouraged to inherit under the law, to regulate relations related to inheritance by testament, addressed other important issues of inheritance.
The implementation of this study, the object of which is the institution of inheritance is particularly relevant.
The object of study - a public relations in the field of acceptance of the inheritance.
The subject of research - public relations acceptance of inheritance by law.
The purpose of this work - the study of the order of succession of the law on the basis of the Civil Code. This question is especially relevant in Russia, due to the fact that more than 70% of all cases of inheritance according to the law and not by will.
