Product description
The joint-stock company has concluded several agency agreements with individuals for the supply of equipment for it. They stipulated that as soon as one of the contracts was executed, the action of all the others was terminated, and the first agent received a reward.
The first to buy equipment necessary for the society was Fedorchuk, to whom the remuneration was paid. However, other agents demanded compensation for the effort and money spent on the search for equipment. They also insisted on recognizing the conditions for termination of agency contracts to be invalid.
Option. At the court hearing Fedorchuk´s championship was questioned, since Ivanchuk presented the contract for the supply of equipment concluded by him on the same day as the contract of Agent Fedorchuk.
