● The Nicholson Electroplating case
At 9:45 am, a massive explosion rocked Los Angeles. The quarters were in ruins, smoke and ash filled the air. Detectives Phelps and Biggs rush to the location of the former Nicholson Electroplating factory to uncover a bunch of unanswered questions: What caused the explosion? What did the plant employees work on? Where are chief chemist Dr. Harold McLellan and his mysterious assistant?

● Case "Shooting Madness"
The Morals Department receives a tip from Freddie Calhoun, an unemployed drug addict-informer. Detectives Phelps and Earl, with the help of surveillance, interrogations and raids, will find their way to the organizers of the operation and find out how the fraudsters are going to smuggle a twenty-kilogram consignment of the drug in plain sight.

● Case "Consul´s car"
In the dusty backyard, a shiny new Packard is found abandoned. No owner, no license plates, no wheels. The car can go to a landfill, and the case - to come to a standstill, the detectives have one clue: the car is registered at the Consulate of Argentina in Los Angeles.
