Private international law - is the most obscure legal disciplines. Its name (private international law) was first proposed by American author Joseph Story in 1834. In Europe, this name has become widely used since the 40s. XIX century. (Droit international prive, Internationales Privatrecht, diritto internazionale privato, derecho international privato). In Western literature it was invited to more than 20 other titles (such as inter-state private law), but they did not get the recognition. The first original work in Russia NP Ivanova devoted to this subject was published in 1865 in Kazan, entitled "Foundations of private international jurisdiction" .........
