On November 9, 2006, Barovskiy appealed to the arbitration court with a claim for invalidation of the minutes of the general meeting of participants of Agricultural Machinery LLC dated November 28, 2005, according to which Volkov was elected director of the company. Silin, attracted as a third party, said that he had indeed signed the notice, since he owns 51% in the authorized capital of an LLC, and he called himself erroneous as a director.
