ОРГАНИЗАЦИЯ РАБОТЫ КОМИССИИ ПО ЧРЕЗВЫЧАЙНЫМ СИТУАЦИЯМ ОБЪЕКТА, РАЙОНА (ГОРОДА)

The manual is intended for the training of leaders and members of the Emergency Commission (CSF), the directing and command personnel of districts (cities), industrial facilities, organizations, institutions, educational institutions, teachers BZH, educational centers and courses of GO employees of Department for Civil Defense and Emergencies of all levels.
The manual has been prepared by the General Directorate for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of St. Petersburg.
Materials are developed in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations of the Russian Federation on the prevention and elimination of emergency situations. They can be used by teachers of educational centers and courses of GO employees of Directorate for Civil Defense and Emergencies at training managerial and command personnel at the facilities, as well as university students.
The manual provides basic information about the organization of the object, the district (city) commission responsibilities of their members, given the form of basic documents. The provisions set out in the manual, are advisory in nature and must be applied taking into account the specifics of the object, the county (city) and local conditions.
