- Send an email to networksupport@ru.playstation.com asking you to redeem a Playstation Plus renewal code with the following content:
-- Purchased Playstation Plus renewal code
-- Playstation Network ID
-- Mail that is linked to the Playstation account
-- Date of birth that is specified in the Playstation account
-- Bank card number linked to the Playstation account with which purchases were made (if you used PayPal, indicate the email address to which PayPal is linked);
-- Number, date, name and amount of any past order in the Playstation Store
-- The serial number of the console (listed on the console itself) with which the account was registered or the first authorization was performed
