Here is the full circuit of the welding machine Resanta AIS-220. Base of the chip and powerful UC3842BN insulated-gate bipolar transistor FQP4N90C. Device inverter type intended for manual arc welding with direct current wire in inert gas - carbon dioxide, argon or mixtures thereof. Inverter welding machine for manual arc DC welding coated electrode. The principle of operation is based on the conversion of alternating voltage 50 Hz to DC, and then converting DC to AC high frequency. Resanta AIS-220PN made in a metal housing with an opening wall. For the welding current is used pulse width modulation. This inverter device is protected against overheating and is equipped with a forced ventilation system
