Instructions for use if it is not possible to activate in the standard way:
There are two options to redeem the purchased code:

1] By phone
- Call the Sony hotline 8(800)2007667
- In the voice menu, select item 2, followed by 1
- After connecting with the operator, ask for help to redeem the PSN wallet recharge code
- The operator verifies you by asking questions, prepare the answers in advance:
-- Number, date, name and amount of any past order in the Playstation Store
-- Playstation Network ID
-- Mail that is linked to the Playstation account
-- Bank card number linked to the Playstation account

2] Email
- Send an email to networksupport@ru.playstation.com asking you to redeem a Playstation Plus renewal code with the following content:
-- Purchased code PSN wallet recharge code
-- Playstation Network ID
-- Mail that is linked to the Playstation account
-- Date of birth that is specified in the Playstation account
-- Bank card number linked to the Playstation account with which purchases were made (if you used PayPal, indicate the email address to which PayPal is linked);
-- Number, date, name and amount of any past order in the Playstation Store
-- The serial number of the console (listed on the console itself) with which the account was registered or the first authorization was performed

3] The code is activated via the console
