Samoilov and previously twice convicted for the theft
Content: S19-929.docx 13,29 kB
Product description
Samoilov, and previously twice convicted of embezzling Zaitsev, systematically engaged in extortion. They collected defamatory, future victims, information and, under the threat of their spread, demanded money from citizens. When presenting another such demand to an employee of a commercial bank, Sobolev, the latter behaved aggressively: insulted by the information he stated that he would not pay money, and would report it to the police.
Zaitsev brass knuckles inflicted two blows on Sobolev, causing moderate health damage, and promised that if there was no money tomorrow, then he and Samoilov would “break his arms and legs”.
Qualify the actions of these individuals.
