The novel was written in the period from April 15, 2010 to December 8, 2011 in my personal blog: since 2000, I developed and popularized the idea of governing the state through the Internet, first in forums, then on the website created for this purpose. Initially, it was criticized, but through criticism it was also formed. Then it was appropriated by D.A. Medvedev, who replaced from 2008 to 2012. as president of the Russian Federation V.V.
