Yu filed a petition to the court to declare his 16-year-old son incompetent, to establish custody of him and to oblige the traffic police to register the car in the name of the new owner.
In the petition, she wrote that her son has an independent income, spends it at his discretion, but he spends the money he earned on completely unacceptable goals (for example, on the acquisition and use of alcoholic beverages). In a state of intoxication, he commits unseemly deeds; he has repeatedly received complaints from neighbors, which the district police officer can confirm.
According to Y., these circumstances indicate that her son is not ready for independent adulthood, and therefore must be declared incapable. She offered to guard her son to appoint herself.
Y. also indicated that, under the will of her grandfather, her son got a car, which he can sell for a pittance. Such unreasonable actions can be prevented if the right to dispose of the car to transfer to the guardian. Therefore, simultaneously with the petition for the recognition of her son as incapable, Yu asked the court to oblige the traffic police to register the car in the name of the guardian.
