Plati (Plati.ru | Plati.Market | Plati.io | Plati.me) is a marketplace that brings the seller and the buyer together directly. Plati accepts payment from you for the seller's goods on the basis of a previously concluded agreement with the Seller Agreement. Plati is not a party to your transaction with the seller and will not be liable for any loss and/or damage that may arise in the event that one of the parties to this transaction fails to fulfill its obligations. Plati does not interfere in the process of your transaction, but only provides a convenient interface for its execution. Plati cannot guarantee you 100% integrity of the seller, although Plati takes all measures to ensure that transactions on the marketplace are carried out honestly. Plati is not responsible for the quality of goods, but is only responsible for the timely delivery of goods in case of payment. Please note: all sellers are certified users of the WebMoney system. This means that their identity is confirmed through passport data verification and video selfies, which significantly reduces the risk of fraud and increases the level of trust.

If within 24 hours the seller does not leave a comment on your review or does not contact you, inform the administrator of the trading platform with the order number.

If a seller's rating becomes negative, all of their products are automatically blocked. The seller will be notified to contact you to resolve the situation. If within 3 days he fails to provide convincing arguments to challenge the feedback, Plati administration will refund your funds from the seller's account - minus a 1.5% service fee.
Attention! Regardless of payment method, refund is possible only to WebMoney wallet, cell phone account of Russian operator, Russian bank card, USDT (TRC20) wallet or Digiseller gift card. Additional costs associated with conversion of electronic currencies are not compensated. The exception is the refund when paying via PayPal - it is made within the regulations of the PayPal user agreement.

If the matter cannot be settled amicably and you intend to appeal to WebMoney Arbitration or court, Plati will act as a witness to the transaction.
