To redeem your code, you first need an NC account.
1) Log into Guild Wars 2 with the account you wish to unlock the item with.
2) Open the Black Lion trading company panel. The default hotkey is "O". You can also click on the lion icon in the upper left corner of the game screen.
3) Click the "Redeem Code" link in the upper left corner of the Shop´s main page.
4) Click the "Activate product code" button.
5) Enter or copy and paste the gem´s code into the box that says: "Enter code."
6) Click "Redeem" to claim your item!
Redeemed item codes are usually sent via email, which should arrive immediately after the code is redeemed.
