Content: 16.zip 36,26 kB
Product description
16. The exact volume V ml of ink was applied to the paper. After chromatographic separation into red and violet components, the acid violet dye zone was cut out, extracted, diluted in a 50 ml volumetric flask, and the optical density of the resulting solution was measured (A). From the standard solution, placing 1.0 2.0 3.0 ml of it in 100 ml volumetric flasks. The optical density was measured, obtaining A1, A2, A3. Determine the dye content in mg/ml.
