59. Two balls of the same radius and mass are suspended on threads of the same length so that their surfaces are in contact. After the charge balls were q0 = 0.4 μC, they pushed off from each other and separated by an angle of 2α = 60 °. Find the mass m of each ball if the distance from the center of the ball to the suspension point is l = 20 cm.
