74. Solving a chemistry problem
Content: 6.rar 34,93 kB
Product description
6. For the determination of dihydroxyphenylmethane in food products, the TLC method was used. The following results were obtained on standard samples:
Concentration of dihydroxyphenylmethane, C µg/0.02 ml 5 10.0 15.0 35.0
Spot area S, mm2 7.94 12.59 15.85 27.10
To build a calibration graph, use the dependency lgS-lgC
A sample of vegetables weighing 250 g was treated with spirit, which was then evaporated to 5 ml. Then 0.02 ml of it was chromatographed by TLC and a spot of 25.55 mm2 was obtained. Determine the concentration of dihydroxyphenylmethane in vegetables (mg/kg)
