Description of the methodology.
The Spielberger questionnaire was developed for the initial detection of stress and depression, as well as for assessing situational (at the moment) and personal (usually) anxiety.
The Spielberger test allows you to assess the level of nervous tension and, in particular, the level of emotional stress. The values of the four main emotional states at a given moment and usually (curiosity, anxiety, aggression and depression) are estimated. In total, 8 scales are obtained.
A high level of anxiety and aggression indicates the presence of stress, a high level of curiosity - about the absence of stress and depression.
The technique of Spielberger has repeatedly confirmed its reliability and is widely used by specialists.
