A weighed portion of the semiconductor metal, 1,000 g, was dissolved in 25.0 cm3 of acid and from 5.00 cm3 of this solution, after appropriate treatment, 10.00 cm3 of a colored solution was obtained (composition of the colored PbR compound). The resulting solution is photometrically measured in a cuvette with a layer thickness of 2 cm.What molar absorption coefficient (mol-1 * cm-1 * l) should be for a colored compound so that with a lead concentration in a semiconductor material of 2 * 10-5%, the optical density would be 0.020 ...
