4. Tell the seller the login and password from the Gog.com account (the purchase of the product is made to the account).
5. A code will be sent to the email linked to the Gog.com account, tell it to the seller in the chat.
6. After delivery, check the availability of the product.

If you did not read the description or accidentally made a payment, and the return request is due to your mistake, 20 of the refund amount will be withheld.
