Alekseev, working as a master for the manufacture and repair of glasses in the joint-stock company "Optics", received a loan of 3,000 rubles at his place of work. for one year with the condition of early repayment in case of dismissal from work before the due date. Four months after receiving the loan, Alekseev did not receive a salary, in connection with which he filed two applications with the Optics Administration: one about dismissal, and the other with a request to repay his debt due to unearned salary.
