The game that launched the popular survival horror genre is back better than ever! Players control Edward Carnby, the protagonist of the original "Alone in the Dark" game, on an exciting journey through a dark and terrifying recreation of New York´s Central Park, where Carnby must uncover the truth behind a dark conspiracy.
Inspired by the style of presentation of popular TV action movies, "Alone in the Dark" will be divided into several separate episodes. With approximately 30-40 minutes of gameplay in each episode, the "Alone in the Dark" structure immerses you in a world that provides an incredibly immersive and terrifying experience. Each time the player starts a saved game, the episode will start with a video recording of the previous episode in order to quickly immerse the player in the story again and eliminate the need to remember where he was or what he was doing. Each episode will end with an exciting ending to rattle the nerves of the players, and if the player leaves the game, a video teaser of the next episode will be shown to make them want more.
Alone in the Dark will provide full-fledged next-generation action in a highly detailed free roaming environment combining real-time physics and full interaction with the environment. The game marks the new beginning of the Alone in the Dark series.
