The received API key can be used in any program/extension that has a custom endpoint setting. The list includes programs such as: Codex, VS Code, OpenCode, Cursor, Antigravity CLI, Google GenAI SDK, Obsidian, and any applications compatible with the Gemini API or OpenAI API.

The calculation takes into account:

• Output tokens - the response generated by the model;
Prompt caching is not used, so cache creation and cache read are not included in calculations. Each request is processed as a new one, and the passed project context is re-counted as regular input tokens.

Actual consumption depends on the request size, project data volume, the selected model, and the response length.
