2. Contact me via the "Correspondence with seller" chat on the order page.

3. Provide your unique code and your EMBARK ID, or we will add you using our ID.

4. We will log into the game. I will join you in a raid and drop the item for you to pick up and extract.

5. Ensure you bring a secure container. If you do not bring a secure container and the item is lost, we are not responsible.

6. Confirm delivery on the order page after successfully retrieving the item.
