Product description
As a result of the guilty behavior of the employee of the municipal transport company, a spill of fuels and lubricants occurred on the land owned by members of the farm. Crops of crops were lost, soils were heavily polluted, and the reclamation system was damaged. The head of the farm appealed to the arbitration court with a claim for damages in the amount of 1.5 million rubles. This amount includes the cost of: seeds of destroyed crops and labor remuneration of farm workers, land restoration and partial conservation of land, restoration of the reclamation system, as well as lost profit. The transport company does not agree with the claims and offers to carry out restoration work with its own actions.
