Additional description
1) Download Uplay (Ubisoft connect) (if not installed) https://uplay.ubi.com/
2) Launch Uplay(Ubisoft connect)Copy login:password, check the remember me box and log in to your account.
3) Download the game
4) Go to settings---> General, uncheck Sync saves in the cloud service.
5) Settings--->Network, put 2 checkboxes to Always run Uplay offline and not send error messages and uncheck the Enable automatic updates
6) Game Settings--->uncheck Enable automatic game updates
7) Launch the game
8)Click "Go offline" in the Uplay client (Ubisoft connect)
