At the general meeting of the limited liability company, it was proposed to introduce additional reasons for the dismissal of employees participating in the company into the charter of the organization. When discussing the additions, the legal adviser Zadornov pointed out the inadmissibility of dismissal of employees on grounds not provided for by labor legislation. The Director General referred to the law on limited liability companies, according to which any participant who unscrupulously performs his duties can be expelled from the company, and therefore dismissed.
