Based on the decision of the administration of the municipality and in accordance with the lease, the land plot was provided by Istok CJSC for a lease of 5 years. The provision of the contract establishes the type of economic activity that the lessee is entitled to carry out on the leased area: operation and maintenance of the cargo berth. During the verification of the legality of the organization’s use of the land plot and compliance with land legislation, it was found that the organization does not use the land plot for its intended purpose - building materials are stored on it. The chief state inspector issued a decision on bringing the organization to administrative responsibility.
