Product description
Part 1. Calculation of the four-interval profile
The data for the well should be taken from Table 1 by the list serial number.
Additional initial data:
Diameter of drill pipes dн = 127 mm, steel pipes. The wall thickness of the drill pipe is 12 mm.
The yield strength of the drill pipe metal σt = 380 MPa. The diameter of the casing pipes is 168 mm.
Table 1
Var. No. 7
Well vertical depth Н, m -2650
Bottom hole displacement А, m - 800
Length of the vertical section h1, m -5
The intensity of the dip in the zenith angle in the 4th section i100, deg / 100 m -4
Part 2. Calculation of the hook load when lifting the drill string
Initial data.
The four-interval profile, calculated in the first task.
Heavy bottom weight Qtn = 100 kN.
In the fourth section, steel pipes (SBT), qc = 0.35 kN / m.
In the remaining sections, light-alloy drill pipes (LBT), ql = 0.15 kN / m.
The coefficient taking into account the buoyant Archimedean force (1 - γzh / γst) = 0.85.
The friction coefficient μ for the entire well is taken equal to 0.3.
Sectional area of the LBT pipe A = 40 cm2.
Allowable stress for LBT [σ] = 250 MPa.
