How can I redeem my code? [New Users]
If this is your first time playing Black Desert, please follow the instructions below to redeem your code.
New console users (Xbox and PlayStation):
Create an account on the Black Desert Console website.
Launch Black Desert on your console.
Create a character and choose a class. Uploaded to the server.
Complete guide.
Press the Start menu button on your controller to open the Menu.
Click "Character" > "My Info" and press Y to open Link (or triangle on PlayStation) accounts.
Enter your account name (email address) and password. Click the Connect button.
After linking your account, activate the coupon by going to "Menu" > "Adventurer Support" > "Use Coupon".
Return to "Menu" and click "Reward" > "Mail" to get the contents of the coupon.
New PC Users:

Create a Pearl Abyss account or sign in.
Proceed to coupon redemption. Paste your code here. Please note: Any non-game content will be hosted on account web storage until your character and region are created in-game.
Download the game.
Launch Black Desert Online.
Create a character and complete the tutorial on the game.
In your web browser, go to your BDO account´s web storage.
Select the desired content and game region. Select "Next" to deliver the content to the character you want.
While you are in the game, open mailbox "B" to access your gifts.
If you are a player on the SA server, please go to the Black Desert SA official website and redeem your code.

Does my Prime Gaming code expire?
