In a series of books by A.V. Semenovich, consisting of 4 volumes, “The Method of Substitutional Ontogenesis”, examined the fundamental neuropsychological patterns of psychological and pedagogical support of development processes. In this series, the replacement ontogenesis method is presented as the basic technology for correction, rehabilitation, and prevention. A scheme (algorithm) is presented and specific exercises that form the basis of neuropsychological support for children are described.

Volume 1 - “Talents of the child’s brain” is devoted to the fundamental mechanisms of the work of the child’s brain, the basics of brain support and risk zones for the psychological development of modern children. Volume 1 details the modules of neuropsychological prophylaxis and correction of subcortical-cortical and interhemispheric interactions.

Volume 2 - “Effective communication” is devoted to the development of socio-communicative competence of modern children. The special program “In Dialogue with the World” is presented. It describes the modules of the neuropsychological formation and correction of basic communicative abilities: voluntary self-regulation, the main channels and means of communication of the child with the world and himself.

Volume 3 - “Cognitive activity” is devoted to the basic laws of cognitive development of children. The special program “Cognizing the White Light” is presented. For the first time, it describes in detail the methods of correction of voluntary and involuntary child self-regulation, methods of developing cognitive competencies (movement, speech, spatial representations, thinking) in normal and deviant development.

Volume 4 - “Speech Competency” is devoted to the basic patterns of speech development and the problems of its formation in modern children. The special program “Wonderful Speech” is presented. For the first time, it describes in detail the modules of neuropsychological prophylaxis and correction of various speech abilities (sensory-motor, phonetic-phonemic, intellectual) in normal and in case of deviations of speech development.
