Borisov, while intoxicated

Borisov, while in a state of intoxication, decided to drive a car. For this purpose, he hijacked a car standing near the house, however, without sufficient driving skills, allowed a collision with a pedestrian, causing serious damage to the health of the latter, and then fled the scene. During the investigation, it was established that a year ago Borisov also hijacked, but the criminal case against him was terminated in connection with the act of amnesty.
