Your squad has crash-landed on enemy territory in an alternate version of Eastern Europe. Soldiers must fight their way home without intelligence or help from commanders until the horrors of war break them. Teamwork and strategy come first... Each soldier is an individual with his own ideas about what to do next. Some want to know what caused the crash in enemy territory, while others would rather lie low and wait for rescue. Some even whisper about desertion. You are the “invisible force” that guides this ragtag group of soldiers to safety and perhaps salvation. Whether it´s a simple decision about where to go, or serious planning for the upcoming battle with a mysterious enemy, every choice made has a serious impact on the story.
The game process is connected to the plot
While your soldiers are struggling with the psychological stress of war, you must guide them in battle. Will they avoid the enemy or move forward?
Unique turn-based system
The combat system is similar to turn-based tactical RPGs. Plan your move during the pause and keep an eye on the soldiers during the action phase. As new enemies and threats appear, the game pauses so you can plan your response to the change. Will you continue the attack or retreat and seek cover?
Choice matters
The decisions you make will shape the plot as you see fit and will influence the ending. Weigh every choice, as your progress in the game will affect not only the soldiers under your command, but also the entire region and its inhabitants. You should also remember that your soldiers have their own opinions about what is good for the squad, so you need to strike a balance between orders and maintaining squad morale.
