💸 RETURN POLICY

Refunds are only possible if the order was not fulfilled and the product/service was not delivered to the buyer.

If the order cannot be fulfilled due to the buyer´s fault, for example:

• Incorrect information was provided;
• The buyer does not provide access or a confirmation code for login;
• The account has restrictions;
• The buyer changes the password or account information before completing the order;
• The buyer cancels the order after payment;
• The product was purchased in error;

Refunds are issued minus 25% of the order amount.
This deduction is used to cover the payment gateway fee and associated payment processing costs.
