Carefully read Part 4 of Art. 15 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and Resolution No. 5 of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation of October 10, 2003 “On the application by courts of general jurisdiction of generally recognized principles and norms of international law and international treaties of the Russian Federation”. Formulate the concepts: “generally recognized principles of international law”, “generally recognized norms of international law”, “international treaties of the Russian Federation”.
