D., M., and G. created an underground cognac workshop. In bottles with labels of three-star cognac of Azerbaijani production, they poured a liquid made on the basis of synthetic alcohol obtained by processing petroleum products. “Cognac” they sold in a commercial stall. Having bought "cognac" S. after his drinking, he lost his sight. Laboratory analysis of the fluid showed that it poses a threat to health. The investigation found that D., M. and G. were in charge of the underground workshop, engaged in the purchase of glass containers, the manufacture, transportation and sale of “cognac”.
