On December 18, 2006, by order of the director of the state-owned plant, the warehouse manager Ilyin was reprimanded for the careless execution of warehouse documents. On February 3, 2007, he received a comment for not releasing materials. On February 22 of the same year, an inventory was made at the warehouse, as a result of which it was established that, due to the fault of Ilyin, the inventory of material assets in the warehouse was launched. For this violation of his duties he received a reprimand. A week after Ilyin was reprimanded, he was 3 hours late for work. Considering all the disciplinary sanctions imposed on Ilyin, the director of the plant dismissed him for repeated violation of his labor duties.
