A) at the request of Ivanov on the protection of honor, dignity and compensation for non-pecuniary damage to the newspaper “Ural Worker”;
B) at the request of Agroimport LLC on the protection of business reputation and compensation for material damage caused by the dissemination of defamatory information, to the consumer protection committee under the administration of Yekaterinburg;
C) at the request of Orlovsky to his ex-spouse on the division of the land in a horticultural partnership;
D) at the request of the legal adviser Ivanov to challenge the order to impose a disciplinary sanction on him in the form of a reprimand for losing the case in court (a labor dispute committee has not been created at this enterprise);
E) at the request of Zorin, an employee of Surgutneftegas CJSC, on the provision of residential premises to him as in need of improvement of living conditions.
