Determine the jurisdiction of the following housing disputes:
A) at the request of Ryabchenko, an employee of OJSC Uralmash, on the provision of housing to him as a person in need of improvement of living conditions;
B) at the request of Somov to the administration of Yekaterinburg to declare illegal the refusal to privatize the apartment (the apartment is located in a house classified as an architectural monument);
C) at the request of Seldereev to Solomatin for eviction from a self-occupied apartment in the house of a housing and construction cooperative;
D) at the request of Lukin to the enterprise on the provision of housing subsidies for housing construction as in need of improvement of housing conditions.
